Wherever there is a need for personal care, a travel nurse with a focus on home health care is needed. You may have assignement working in nursing homes, assisted living, Hospice, hospitals, community based long-term care, correctional institutions, and other long-term care settings.
You can expect to provide assistance with Personal Care and Activities of Daily Living such as:
- Medication management
- Meal preparation
- Maintaining the home such as light housekeeping
- Transportation and Shopping
You will need to be at least a Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse and/or a Home Health Aide to take these assignments.
